Putting on heavy layers really won’t do the trick, but it’s rather how the makeup is applied that is important. It is true that a lot of people (A LOT!) don’t know how to apply eyeliner, but wear it anyway. Too thick, not close enough to the lashline, or even too thin, are common mistakes people make. If you apply the liner so close to the lash line that there is no space between the liner and the lashes, you have conquered the first hurdle.
