Sometimes, less is more and the morning routine often leaves no room for a long, detailed makeup application. How do I get those perfect, luscious, red lips?

The tutorial below is for red lips, but you can use it for any color, and be able to show off your perfect set of long lasting lips! The lips are so important to a complete face, yet so many people ignore them, and it just pains me! I am not saying you should wear bright, red lips every day, but at least wear gloss, or a more subdued color.
